1. Commitment to Quality
To ensure a premium on-track experience with minimal traffic, Speed District strictly limits the number of entries for every event. Because each spot is accounted for in our contractual track obligations, we adhere to a firm cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation & Credit Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@speeddistrict.com. Please note that we cannot honor requests made via social media, text message, or verbal conversation.
- Requests Received 10+ Days Before Event: Drivers will receive a 100% Event Credit valid for any future Speed District event.
- Requests Received Within 10 Days of Event: No refunds or credits will be provided. At this stage, all event logistics, staffing, and track fees are fully committed.
3. Promotional & Discounted Entries
Registrations completed using a promotional code, or those designated as “Special Offers,” are considered final sale. These entries are ineligible for cancellation, credit, or refund regardless of when the request is made.
4. Technical & Weather Contingencies
- Mechanical Failure: Participants are responsible for the preparation and reliability of their vehicles. No exceptions, refunds, or credits will be issued due to mechanical issues, failed tech inspections, or “lost” track time.
- Rain or Shine: We operate rain or shine. Credits are not issued for inclement weather unless the track facility officially declares the circuit unsafe for operation.
5. Credit Terms
- Expiration: Issued credits must be redeemed within six (6) months of the original event date.
- Non-Transferable: To maintain the integrity of our run groups and driver profiling, credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original registrant.
