The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth of multiple partner programs, including but not limited to partner outreach, sponsor programs, and cross promotion. The position works closely with the Owner and works on several projects simultaneously. To be successful, this person must be a CAR ENTHUSIAST and have a FULL understanding of the aftermarket auto parts industry. The Brand Marketing Manager needs to thrive in a fast paced environment and be resourceful, creative, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects with limited supervision.
- Create content on ALL current social media platforms, website blog and monthly mailer.
- Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (CPP, CPM, etc.), quality and campaign performance
- Oversee and implement proper SEO and internal linking
- Knowledge of Ad Manager or FB Business Manager to create compliant ads that meet Facebook guidelines
- Maintain orders and customer service
- 2-4 years prior marketing experience (auto industry is a plus)
- CAR ENTHUSIAST
- Strong communication / writing skills (including some copy-writing)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Proven history of being both creative and analytical in prior roles
- Understanding of IG/ Facebook Algorithms
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve in an environment with changing needs
